  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will notify you promptly if there are any delays.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard shipping via AusPost and expedited shipping options for faster delivery.
  •  The shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Charges:

  • We have a flat shipping rate of $8.99 or FREE SHIPPING for orders over $150
  • We offer express shipping for a $15 flat rate or FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING for orders over $250
  • We offer international shipping for a $30 flat rate. 

Delivery Times:

  • Standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 5 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Express shipping options are available for faster delivery times, usually within 1-2 business days.
  • International Standard shipping typically takes between 7 to 12 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on your location.

Tracking Orders:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues:

  • If your package is delayed or does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately.
